Insufficient fund on scheduled auto debit for Cuckoo Payment?

Cuckoo payment methods:

If your bank balance not sufficients ,things you can do

Option 1

Add in bank balance and just wait for auto debit runs from 1st-10th monthly.

Pay tru JOMPAY
Code JOMPAPAY :69435
Reference (Order no reference as below sample but HP number is sufficent if cant find your order no used during registration)





Option 3
Transfer to Cuckoo bank account

Transfer to CIMB
Choose CIMB bank
Account No 820 207 310 1

Once payment done ,email to rc@cuckoo.com.my would be useful in subject type "Payment <order no or HP No).
In email content attached receipt/screenshot.
Based on my experience I received their acknowledgement 2nd working day.
But payment update take 2-3 days .

Direct Payment from Cuckoo Apps


For any other question can refer at their website or messenger in FB

Or can chat in messenger ,which i suggest as replied by live representative not robot..my experience they reply not instantly but their replies are helpful.However for urgent suggested to call direct their contacts.
