First about email ,about 6 hours gap to receive feedback
FB Messenger
I found more interactive as there's 2 way communication
As for respond time , I chat around 10am was replied right away for verification
Then I followed up in chat around 2 pm they replied..maybe if you intend to use messenger try to reach them 1 hour after no reply.
