Cara dapatkan ID & Kata Laluan untuk pendaftaran/aktifkan I-Akaun Melalui Panggilan Ke KWSP

Hai sodara /sodari yang sedang mencarum atau bekas mencarum KWSP pada satu masa dahulu..boleh mendaftar I-Akaun untuk memudahkan semak akaun EPF atau buat pengeluaran.Tidak perlu risau jika tidak pasti no ahli,yang penting ingat no KP/Passport yang diguna untuk mencarum .

Sekirannya Kiosk tutup atau jauh dari kediaman boleh cuba hubungi pihak KWSP untuk dapatkan Id & kata laluan sementara yang akan dihantar ke no HP.

Syaratnya:

Pernah atau sedang mencarum ke KWSP

Persediaan sebelum menghubungi.

Kad Pengenalan bersama (mana la tau tak ingat no KP).

No HP yang aktif ,pastikan ada ruang untuk terima SMS.

Baki kredit yang cukup untuk berbual (sebab bila pegawai sedang sibuk perlu tunggu dalam 1-3 minit) dalam cas yang cukup.

Caranya senang jangan risau ..

1 Dail no 03-89 22 6000 (masa operasi Isnin-Jumaat ,jam 8.00 pagi-5 petang)

2.Pilih bahasa (1 untuk Bahasa Malaysia,2 untuk Bahasa Inggeris)

3.Ada beberapa pilihan ,tekan 3 untuk berkaitan I-Akaun(pendaftaran /pertanyaan baki)

4.Tunggu la sampai ada yang jawab kena panjang sket sabar ya sodara,pastikan beri no KP & HP yang betul.

5 Seterusnya beritahu ingin daftar I-Akaun.

6.Tunggu SMS ,selepas terima SMS gunakan butiran tersebut untuk pendaftaran (perlu dilakukan dalam masa 30 hari anda menerima SMS).Boleh klik link ini https://secure.kwsp.gov.my/member/member/login

Seterusnya anda perlu pilih ID Pengguna, Kata Laluan dan Frasa Rahsia anda.

Apabila pengaktifkan selesai, anda akan menerima notifikasi berjaya di skrin anda.

Kini,boleh log masuk dengan maklumat akaun baru anda bila-bila masa.

Philipine Passport Renewal -2021(updated Renewal 2022)

How to Renew Philippine Passport Validity expriring 2021 if Staying in Sabah ,Sarawak and Labuan.

Hi ,

If you are Philippine Passport holder staying in Sabah,Sarawak or Labuan intend to extend passport (expiring in Year 2021 ) validity can refer here.

Due to Covid 19 ,the Philipine Embassy of Kuala Lumpur provided a step by step video to show how to send your passport for passport extension.

Based on the video provided ,Im going to share how I did the process done and get the back the passport exteded and received safely.

Don’t worry is not as difficult as you think ,thank so much for the clear guidelines provided by our caring Embassy.

Just to share info on the recent Passport Extension

Feb 9 2021 Sent from Post Office Sandakan Sabah

Feb 15 2021 Passport Delivered to PE

Feb 25 2021 PE completed the extension return passport to Post Office

Mar 6 2021 Received

I did it so Im sure you can too just follow simple steps below:

The PE only requires 3 items for renewal which are

I will explain one by one for better understanding.

1.Original Passport

For this time renewal ,PE will only chop within the same passport pages thats is why they need the original.

2.Completed Waiver Form

To get the form click this link

or if you dont have printer click Download .To print can try to seek nearby printing or photocopy services shops

can refer to sample to see how to fill in the form

3.Money order or Bank draft (to pay to PHILIPPINE EMBASSY KUALA LUMPUR )

I suggest to use money order since you will need to send through Pos Office it would save more time to settle in one place.

Cost

Based in Sandakan Post Office estimate RM130

Preparations

Make Passport copy
Copy of completed waiver form
Cost would be safe to prepare extra
Pen for your use in Pos Office
Prepare Simple Authourity Letter (if sending on behalf Refer sample ,handwriten or printed letter)

Sample Authority Letter(can write on your own version)

At the Post office

1.Go to counter ask for Money order form and 2 0.5 kg Blue Poslaju envelopes (about RM25 need to pay at the counter )

2.Complete the money order form .

Include place of Birth,

Relation, Passport Renewal

(Usually, the officer at the counter can assist to guide requirements information )

3.Filling the Poslaju Envelope

Address :

Passport Unit,Philippine Embassy

No 1, Jalan Changkat Kia Peng, Kuala Lumpur, 50450 Kuala Lumpur

Tel : 03-2148 4233

Once done take picture of both envelopes to keep tracking no for easy tracking.

4.Submit the the forms Money Order Form,Philipine Passport and Waiver Form.

The officer will inform the amount ,once paid you will be provided with the Money Order RM96

Keep the money order ,passport and waiver form in Envelope 2.

Insert envelope 2 in envelope 1.

Yeay done .

To get updated from email enter email address and phone .(From my experience usually notification only received from email)

Once you choose to activate you will receive notification each time there's any update regarding document shipments.

When receive email ,Out For Delivery get ready your passport is on the way .

Additional info ,can also use apps

Usefull just type tracking no once ,and receive notification on your mobile.

This is tracking apps is also useful as it can track more than one shipment from different courier services. Besides the apps can auto-detect from which courier service as you type the tracking no.

The information from this apps is same with info from Poslaju tracking.

Some important notes for Passport Extension Application Year 2022:

There are some changes of above on the estimate price as below

1.Pos Malaysia Money Order/Bank draft payable to PHILIPPINE EMBASSY KUALA LUMPUR incresed to

RM 120.00 plus unknown extra charge price range RM10-12 so just say estimate RM132.

2.Estime Poslaju price RM12.26 (based Pos office website) for 2 pieces ,RM24.52.

So estimate total about RM132+RM24.52= RM153.52 (just prepare extra to be safe).
