Passport renewal 2022

 

Hi guys,

Sharing with you second time renewal.For this time im happy to share the process time took lesser time compared previous.I submitted the documents at Sandakan Post office on 21 Oct received back 31^st Oct.

Sharing the tracking refences.

 

If this is your first time to renew please refer my detailed steps from my previous post.

 

To summarize below are the required

1.       Original Passport(PE need to enable them chop the extended validity date)

2.       Waiver from (can get from this link or email me if need assistance)

3.       Money order (from Post Office) or Bank draft (from bank).In this sharing I will share on money order .

 

As preparation before going to office ,

1.Make copy of passport (1 for you ,1 for post office)

2.Complete the waiver form before going to post office.

3.Bring extra cash(usually payment tru ATM card accepted however depends machine availability)

 

Please note if you apply on behalf ,prepare authourize letter (handwritten or computer ) from Passport holder and your IC/Passport copy as these required for Post Office record.

 

At the Post Office ,

When reach counter,

1.Ask for 2 pieces 0.5 Poslaju envelopes (take pictures of both consignment numbers on envelopes and Get money order form

2.Complete the money order form and Poslaju envelopes

3.Once done approach counter,when received the money order form (form of cheque) insert in one of the envelope which is addressed back to your address.Insert this to envelope address to Philipine Embassy.

Note Envelope 1,Sender Address (Your Address) Receiver (Philipine Embassy)

          Envelope 2,Sender Address (Philipine Embassy) Receiver (Your address)

           This the envelope 2  used after PE returns back to you
