 Cara Guna Khidmat Helpdesk dari MySejahtera (Tukar No KP/Nama)

How to edit Identication /Passport No/Name tru MySejahtera Helpdesk



Berikut ada screenshot dari handphone rujukla ya ..stepnya tak banyak cuma gambar ja banyak...

Untuk pemahaman bersama kita tidak boleh ubah info yang terkunci seperti nama ,no KP kalau kita tengo di tepi tu ada cam kunci ..jangan risau kita boleh cuba cara dibawah ya 


For info ,most info entered locked for edit such name,identification no and others.If you wish to edit any locked details ,can seek assistance from Helpdesk in Mysejahtera  .


Kalau kita tengo cuma ada butang Save saja.
As shown above,most details during registration are locked for editing ,only Save button active .

Untuk panduan ini rujuk yang dibulatkan atau yang tulisan warna merah.

Besides through apps,Helpdesk is accesible through web site ,click here if wish to continue https://mysejahtera.malaysia.gov.my/help/



Recomend to use Chrome for better viewing.




Select Language,then click Start.




Select C ,to edit Name,Identification No/Passport no,User ID or to erase existing account.



Enter Mysejahterah ID,can see info from Profile.





Enter active hp no and email,click Im not a robot and Submit.


Done report,observe incoming emails .Based experiences Helpdesk responds within 24 hours.

Below are steps based guide from Helpdesk.









Nampak tak bezanya ,sekarang ada butang Edit.
Tekan edit dan ubah apa yang perlu.

Edit button is active,click Edit followed by editing required correction.Please ensure before click Confirm.Else have to restart steps from beginning.



Setelah selesai ubah klik Confirm.

Once done click Confirm.


Jawab soalan-soalan dan hantar
Anser required feedback then Submit.







Once done ,screen below appears double check if correction appears accordingly.

Boleh semak no KP sudah betul ka tidak kalau masih salah ulang dari langkah pertama.


Diharap panduan yang dikongsi membantu.
Bagi yang rasa susah juga untuk fahami panduan ,boleh tinggalkan no hp dan emel yang aktif ,desripsi masalah di ruang komen.
